Your Responsibilities:
✔️ Actively develop and expand our customer base within Retail and Franchising.
✔️ Identify new market opportunities and drive revenue growth.
✔️ Negotiate and close contracts with retailers and distribution partners.
✔️ Analyze market trends and create strategic commercial plans.
✔️ Represent Fides Petfood Group at international trade fairs and networking events.
✔️ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the highest level of service.
What You Bring:
✔️ Proven international sales experience, preferably in the food industry, retail, or franchising.
✔️ A strong hunter mentality: you thrive on securing new deals.
✔️ Fluent communication in Dutch, English, and French (additional languages are a plus).
✔️ Experience with or interest in dog and cat food is a strong asset.
✔️ Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
✔️ Willingness to travel frequently within Western Europe.
